agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (14) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate
payments.
7) Refund of Funds
We recognize that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a purchase or request a refund. If you find that the product you've purchased doesn't meet your expectations, you have
a 14-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a refund request. However, please note that refund approvals are subject to our discretion and may be influenced by factors such as
payment processing capabilities, the platform used for the purchase (website or mobile app), and applicable statutory fees and taxes. Requests made beyond the 14-day period will not be
considered.
Additionally, we reserve the right to take action, including the suspension of your account and the restriction of future use of our services, if we suspect misuse of our refund policy.
8) Ceasing Use
- If you do not want your Membership to automatically renew after the current annual period, you must notify us in writing at least three months in advance to avoid incurring the Annual Fee for the subsequent Annual Period.
- You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, the Annual Fee remains payable for the remainder of the current annual period, and no refund will be issued for any Annual Fee already paid.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services at any time with valid reason. For instance, if mutual trust and confidence between you and us are lost, or if continuation could adversely affect our business, its operations, reputation, or goodwill.
- Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Conditions automatically cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Company's trademarks and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. You are not permitted to use any of the Company's trademarks, including Certified, on any platform, document, or other materials following termination, and you must ensure that any third parties marketing on your behalf also comply with this provision.
